The cream and the hand wash are beautiful. They smell amazing and have made my troublesome skin a lot softer. However, the pump on the handcream was not working and took some persuading to work. Was at the point of returning it when it did finally start to work. I don’t think it’s 100% but it is dispensing cream in very small amount amounts now.

I discovered this product when I was staying in a hotel in England. It smells gorgeous and it feels amazing in your skin. I had to stop using it as I don’t live in England anymore but I went to visit a friend recently so I had it delivered to his house. I’m very happy to be able to enjoy this product again.

I first experienced the diffuser at a hotel in Conwy and decided I had to have one. Ordering and delivery were excellent and the scent is gorgeous.

I had the mini hand wash and loved it so much I went for the 750 ml refill but in my error ordered the bath and shower gel not yet tried, immediately ordering the 750 ml refill hand wash which I use daily and love for its gentle calming and fine aroma, all natural and not overpowering.

Tried this from the sample bottles outside the Harrogate shop early Monday morning. Had a walk around the Valley gardens but smell followed me around my walk. I just had to call back and buy it. It's now on my bathroom shelf.
It smells lovely. So soft and gentle on my aged dry hands. I am going to have to buy another for my kitchen sink.
I've now ordered the hand & body wash for home delivery.

Beautiful and luxurious on the skin and when used with the bath and showed gel it smells and feels amazing. Velvety and delicious.

I have really sensitive skin which gets dry and itchy with most hand soaps. This soap smells divine and I’ve just bought the refill bottle. This is well designed with a dispensing cap that makes it easy to fill the smaller soap dispenser - would definitely recommend
