How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray
Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes). It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be. You should notice the difference within about a minute.
For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.
I love this product. I have nerve pain in my hip and thigh which worsens at night and the magnesium spray really helps with reducing the pain and calming the restlessness in my leg. I have tried other brands but this is by far the best and well worth the bit of extra cost.

Magnesium spray essential!
This magnesium spray has been a revelation. I get pain on various parts of my body, especially the toes. And a quick spray with this begins to allow me to rest. I carry the travel size with me everywhere. Just a quick spray on my shoulder or under the back of my skull and the relaxing effect begins before too long.

Excellent for Muscle Cramps in Menopause
I cannot recommend this product enough. It is amazing and very effective..
I had a surgically induced menopause and I immediately started suffering with the most horrendous nighttime cramps in my legs calves) and ankles with full toes involvement. Leaving me in agony and often in tears.
This spray has more or less eliminated them fully. I spray my legs and ankles morning and nighttime with 2-3 sprays. It dries quickly but can be easily massaged in if I’m a rush to get dressed.
This is a product that gives results and is value for money. I have had the small spray bottle initially and have now started my 2nd 550ml bottle. Excellent results. Definitely give it a try.
