Subscribe & Save with H2K Botanicals

Subscribe & Save is the easy way to never run out of the H2K products you love, and to save on every order. You choose how often you would like a delivery, we send it automatically, and you save each time. There is no commitment, and you can skip, pause or cancel whenever you like.

Your saving

You save on every subscription order, for as long as your subscription is active. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout and on every renewal.

Your delivery schedule

You choose how often you would like to receive your deliveries when you set up your subscription. If you would like to change your schedule later, email us at shop@h2kbotanicals.com and we will sort it for you.

When you will be charged

Your first order is charged when you place it. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method automatically for each delivery, at the prices and on the schedule you chose, until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely, and we will email you a payment reminder before each renewal, so there are no surprises.

Managing your subscription

You are in full control. Manage your subscription at any time, or use the link in any of your subscription emails, to:

• Skip your next delivery
• Pause your subscription
• Resume a paused subscription
• Update your delivery address or payment details
• Cancel at any time

No commitment

There is no minimum number of orders and no lock-in. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time, as long as it is before your next renewal is processed.

How to cancel

You can cancel yourself at any time from your subscription account, or by emailing us at shop@h2kbotanicals.com. Please cancel before your next renewal date so that a new order is not processed. If an order has already been placed before you cancel, contact us and our standard returns policy will apply.

If a payment fails

If we are unable to take payment, we will try again over the following days and email you so you can update your details. If we still cannot take payment after our final attempt, your subscription will end, and you are welcome to subscribe again whenever you like.

Price and product changes

From time to time prices may change. If the price of your subscription changes, we will let you know by email before your next renewal. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the best alternative.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at our standard rates, which depend on the size of your order. UK orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

Returns

Subscription orders are covered by our standard returns and refund policy. If something is not right, email us at shop@h2kbotanicals.com and we will help.
