How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray  

spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes).  It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be.  You should notice the difference within about a minute.

For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Great product

I purchased this product after I had a bad fall which left me with muscle damage and found it difficult to sleep because of pain. I found the OMG eased and calmed the pain and discomfort and therefore helped me rest and sleep. It’s easy to apply being a spray, you can then rub it in the affected area. It has a faint smell of the arnica. Overall my opinion is that this is a good product from a great reliable company.

Excellent product!

I was a little sceptical about this working but from the first time I used it , my sleep was better and I generally felt like I had less pain

Good all rounder!!

I had read up on magnesium as I have various problems sleeping…..agitated feet, pain in my wrist with arthritis and cramp in my calves. Since using the spray, I’ve not had cramp or pain in my calves, and my toes are less agitated. It’s been a huge help to me and I’m recommending to my friends with similar problems
