How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray  

spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes).  It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be.  You should notice the difference within about a minute.

For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Love it

I cannot praise this spray enough. I have joint and muscle pain due to medication I'm on. A spray of this and I've managed a full day out in London, including 334 steps up to Big Ben! Spray morning and evening, and extra when needed. I'm recommending it to everyone!

Excellent for sleep and pain relief

I've been dealing with knee and joint issues for almost 20 years and have become really skeptical of anything that claims to provide pain relief. But I thought I'd give this spray a go and it has honestly been a miracle. I felt the effects after the first use - I have far reduced pain in all the usual spots, I'm waking up in the morning WITHOUT stiffness and pain, and as an extra bonus I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I also love that you don't need a lot of it for it to work - I literally spray only 2-3 sprays on each spot and that's enough for it to work. I highly recommend this for anyone dealing with aches and pains, or sleep issues. I've been telling everyone, buying bottles for friends and family, and even bringing some abroad with me for friends and family in Malaysia!)

OMG what is this magic?!
