What's in the set

40ml OMG Magnesium Cream. 15 botanical actives, 15% magnesium, capsicum for natural pain relief, pinene as a natural anti-inflammatory.

30ml OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray. Sensitive-skin formula. Magnesium chloride, magnesium sulphate, lavender, arnica, rosehip, Kalahari melon seed oil.

Both products in aluminium packaging. Same formulas as our full-size jars and bottles.

Cream for the day. Spray for the night.

The cream is built for daytime use. Apply it before exercise to reduce the risk of cramping, or to muscles that ache after a long shift. Capsicum delivers natural pain relief; pinene works as a natural anti-inflammatory.

The spray is built for the night. Used as part of an evening wind-down routine for bedtime aches, restless legs, and sleep. Spray it onto the back of the knees or other thin-skin areas before bed.

How to use

Cream. Rub into the muscle nearest the pain. For best results, work it into the bottom inside of fingers, thumbs or toes, the ball or sole of the foot, the back of the knee, or any large muscle that aches. Avoid face and eyes. Up to three applications a day.

Spray. Spray onto a thin part of the skin: back of the knee, neck, or any aching muscle. Avoid face and eyes. It dries in about 30 seconds. You can rub it in with your hands if you prefer. For sleep, 2 to 3 sprays is the usual amount.

A note on jewellery

Magnesium spray, especially combined with natural oils or perspiration, can occasionally react with silver and cause it to tarnish. Apply to clean, dry skin and let it absorb fully before putting on jewellery. Any tarnishing reverses with a silver cleaning cloth.

The Travel Set isn't built for everyday application at home. The 30ml spray runs to roughly 5 to 7 days of nightly use; the 40ml cream lasts roughly 10 to 14 days at three applications a day.
