How to use

H2k's Magnesium cream works with your muscles to relieve tension and reduce pain. For best results, rub into the muscle nearest the pain.

For example:

• If fingers, thumb, or toes: gently sooth into the bottom inside part of the fingers or thumb or toes.
• If feet: rub into the ball, sole or/and heel of the foot.
• If it's your knee that hurts, rub the "back" of the knee.
• If it's your ankle or foot: rub into the bottom of the foot or calf muscle.
• If it's your knee or elbow: rub the cream into the largest muscle nearby e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes).

Ideally use 3 times per day for full effect.
