How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray
Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes). It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be. You should notice the difference within about a minute.
For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.
I can honestly say the best service I have ever received! I bought quite a few products & struggled initially with the spray. Hazel called me and straight away offered me a refund and said she could send the magnesium recovery cream free for me to try. Very kind of her. I had already bought it & would recommend.
Hazel then spent ~ 20 mins chatting through how to get the best results from the products like spray a bit further away & apply near the vein. And with the cream don’t spread it on thick or use too much. Her focus was on helping my pain and NOT on trying to selling me another product or to stick with the one I had. Her approach was fantastic & refreshing. She suggested I try the spray free of charge & I am starting to feel the benefits.

Fantastic magnesium spray
I love this product. I have nerve pain in my hip and thigh which worsens at night and the magnesium spray really helps with reducing the pain and calming the restlessness in my leg. I have tried other brands but this is by far the best and well worth the bit of extra cost.
