How to use Magnesium Spray?
Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes). It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be. You should notice the difference within about a minute.
For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Notes for skin/jewellery use: Magnesium spray, especially when combined with natural oils or perspiration, can occasionally react with silver and cause it to tarnish. This is a chemical reaction that happens with many metals and ins't harmful - and thankfully, it can usually be reversed with a silver cleaning cloth or appropriate jewellery cleaner.
To prevent this from happening, we recommend applying the spray to clean, dry skin and allowing it to absorb fully before putting on jewellery.
