How to use
Spray 2 to 3 times onto a thin area of clean, dry skin, such as the back of the knee, the neck, or any area that feels tired or tense. Avoid the face and eyes. What can I use it for?
OMG is a topical magnesium spray and a calming part of an evening routine. Many people massage it into tired, hardworking muscles and legs, or use it before bed to help them relax and unwind after a long day.
Will it sting or irritate my skin?
No. OMG is made for sensitive skin. Hazel, who created it, has very sensitive skin herself and would not sell it otherwise. The Kalahari melon seed oil calms the skin and stops the stinging that some other magnesium sprays cause.
Where and when do I apply it?

Does it have a scent?
Very little. OMG is almost unscented, which makes it a good fit for sensitive skin. The lavender is part of the botanical formula rather than a fragrance, so it will not leave a lingering scent on your skin.

I started H2K in Harrogate more than twenty years ago.
