    I have used this product for many years and love it but my latest bottle doesn't feel quite so rich and I wander if the formula has been changed.

    Thank you for contacting us with your query. We always like to respond to our customers☺

    In the older formula, one of the oils we felt was a bit too thick, so whilst it was great for the skin, we found another oil which was a little thinner, but benefitted the skin more. As you know we’re all about putting the skin first, so we swapped to a marginally thinner oil, but with more skin benefiting properties, which means the product lasts a bit longer, but more importantly, is even better for the skin and we felt it was even more amazing☺, particularly for reducing redness, blemishes and fine lines.
