How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray  

Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes).  It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be.  You should notice the difference within about a minute.

For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Notes for skin/jewellery use::-   Magnesium spray, especially when combined with natural oils or perspiration, can occasionally react with silver and cause it to tarnish. This is a chemical reaction that happens with many metals and isn’t harmful — and thankfully, it can usually be reversed with a silver cleaning cloth or appropriate jewellery cleaner.

 To prevent this from happening, we recommend applying the spray to clean, dry skin and allowing it to absorb fully before putting on jewellery.

A wonderful nights sleep

I had previously tried the OMG spray when my daughter loaned me a small canister to help me sleep. I decided to purchase the spray for myself. Since using it by spraying on my pillow I have had experienced much better sleep so will definitely continue using it for this purpose. My allergy test was fine so I will now try it for other purposes.

Amazing product

I recently sustained a broken ankle, I read that magnesium spray can really help with sleep and also scar healing and general healing of the impacted area.

I initially used the product to help with my sleep and recovery, more recently I have used the product on my scar, ankle and the back of the knee. My scar has healed incredibly well and my swelling has reduced quickly which has allowed me to commence with my exercise. I have used several of the H2K products and I remain a loyal fan.
