Skin kind tips

Whilst we love making beautiful skin care, we wanted to give you a few tips that can keep you stay healthy for free☺

Water is essential for overall hydration.   Well-hydrated skin appears more plump, supple, and healthy, thus drinking an adequate amount of water every day, prevents dryness and flakiness, whilst also supporting the skin’s natural barrier function, helping to protect against environmental pollutants and irritants.   Water can also help blood circulation so by staying hydrated the blood delivers oxygen and nutrients to skin cells.   Improved blood-flow contributes to a radiant complexion and supports the skin’s natural healing process.

In addition to the above, water plays a major role in maintaining skin elasticity, supporting the production of collagen.  This amazing protein gives the skin firmness and structure, thus over time this reduces fine lines and wrinkles.  It also essential to keep hydrated, to maintain joint health, so whilst we often may prefer a glass of wine, drinking water can reduce the risk of joint pain and stiffness.☺

General guidance is about 8 cups of water per day… happy living☺
